Shipping Rates

• Free shipping is currently available and can be arranged for customers on the British Columbia, Canada, lower mainland that make a minimum $500 order quantity.  Shipping dates will be on the 15th and 30th of each month.  Please contact us by phone or e-mail to make this arrangement.

• Standard Shipping (5-14 business days). Standard shipping is used to calculate the shipping rate shown on your shopping cart.  With this shipping option, stock orders that reach us before 10 AM PST ship same day. Delivery time is normally 5-14 business days anywhere in Canada and the USA (except AK & HI, where this service is not recommended). We will send stock items immediately and then deliver backordered items when they become available.

• Express Shipping(1–8 business days)With this traceable service, items in your order that are in stock will ship out the same day and reach you in 1-8 business days, depending on your location and time of year and barring exceptional circumstances (like inclement weather conditions). Some exceptions (such as custom-dyed items or bulky bedding items) apply. Backordered items will ship via ground service when they become available. It is important that we have your correct billing and shipping information as there may not be enough time for us to contact you before shipping cut-off time.

• To keep the ever-increasing shipping costs reasonable for everyone, we do subtract actual standard shipping before refunding if you choose this shipping option and return most or all items in your order; we use the standard shipping rates for this purpose. If Standard or Express Shipping is chosen, your return will be offered the full refund of the product price, assuming the returns come back in original new condition. Also, with this option, we generally hold your order until we can ship everything together. This option may or may not be traceable.
